About Croft Bachman Consulting
The mission of Croft Bachman Consulting (CBC) is to promote and support quality early childhood programming so children have opportunities to thrive in all settings. Cindy Croft Bachman has been working with early childhood programs for more than 30 years, including serving as the founding Director of the Center for Inclusive Child Care (CICC) in St. Paul, Minnesota. She led the organization and other statewide initiatives in the promotion of high quality inclusive programming.
Croft Bachman also works as adjunct faculty at Concordia University, St. Paul, MN and has served as field faculty with the Center for Early Education and Development at the University of Minnesota. She teaches with the MN Child Care Aware online program Eager to Learn.
She has authored four books, Children and Challenging Behavior: Making Inclusion Work ;The Six Keys: Promoting Children's Mental Health; and most recently, Redleaf Quick Guide: Caring for Young Children with Special Needs. In February 2021 Why Temperament Matters! is available through Redleaf Press and Amazon.
Her specialties include system development and support, expulsion prevention, adult education and professional development as well as social emotional development in young children.
Croft Bachman Consulting demonstrates exemplar practices in support of training, coaching and professional development for early educators. We are available for technical assistance to organizations needing professional development support, systems creation and inclusion support.
