In this course, participants will explore the meaning of active supervision as it pertains to family child care programs. This course meets the licensing requirements for FCC Active Supervision training. Participants will examine the licensing requirements in Minnesota under Rule 2 for meeting active supervision essentials as well as quality practices for effective active supervision. Strategies for successful implementation of active supervision practices will be examined and reflected on. This course is a 2 hour narrated self-paced online course using Powerpoint.
